Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form: your name, e-mail address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number, together with the details of the event you are planning (occasion, date, location, approximate number of guests and any notes you add).
We use it for one purpose: to prepare and discuss your event proposal, and to reply to you. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles from it.
The legal basis
Sending the form is a request for a quote, so we process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR). Where you have ticked the consent box, that consent (Article 6.1.a) is also a basis, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Providing your name and e-mail address is necessary for us to answer you. Everything else is optional and only helps us make the proposal more accurate.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys it, and we do not sell or rent it. The only third parties involved are the suppliers that make the website work:

- Form delivery: the form opens your own e-mail application and you send the message yourself, so no intermediary service receives your data.
- E-mail: our e-mail provider, which holds the message once it reaches us.
We may also disclose data where we are legally obliged to, for example to a tax authority or a court.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not turn into a booking, we delete it within one year. If it does, we keep what we need for as long as the law requires us to hold commercial and tax records, generally six years under Spanish commercial law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Write to contacto@kiboudrinksservice.com and we will reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos .
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. It does not run analytics, advertising or social media trackers, it does not store anything in your browser, and it does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
If we ever add a measurement or marketing tool, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before switching it on.
Automated decisions
There are none. Every proposal is read and written by a person on our team.

If this policy changes we will publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
